Good luck getting item or refund if your package is mis delivered
Order sent to wrong address, so usps returned to warehouse.
Contacted epic through chat, you cannot access live agents by phone. Even when the chat was supposed to be live agent, we got the same redundant, irrelevant replies, with one exception.
That one exception acknowledged the package was in fact sent back but they have no idea where it is.
After that we got no more personal interaction, and for 6 weeks we have been trying to either get the order sent to us or get a refund with no luck
my high schooler collected this money for his band section to have practice/ Spirit shirts. So they never got the shirts they needed, and worse, we now have to refund $150 out of pocket.
I'm livid.
I ordered several times from Epic Sports before, but never personalized items and never this costly of an order. If you want to take a dare on some cheap shorts it's probably still worth it, but buyer beware if you order for team!
