Please Consider before Doing Business with EPIC Sports.com
On February 12th on 2019 I order over $500 worth of products that were shipped from multiple vendors: Epic Direct, Richardson, Badger and A4. I received all the various products from the multiple facilities except for A4.
I ordered 8 reversible basketball jerseys that were A4. Only 4 of them shipped. When I called EPIC SPORTS I found I was once again the 35th + caller in question which should tell you something right there. However, I left a message detailing my issue.
I didn't receive a phone call but two days later received an email from Racheal in customer service stating that I would not be receiving a refund that according to A4 the weight of the package when it left the facility was 6lbs, so I should have received everything I ordered. I called Racheal and left a message she did eventually call two days later and explained what A4 was telling her. She didn't want to hear that the packing slip I recieved from UPS was lighter (4lbs) vs the 6lbs A4 was stating the package weighed. She totally sided with the vendor and not the customer.
All over $38. In short I did not receive my complete order and they took $38. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If you own a business and depend on servicing customers by ordering from EPIC, BEWARE.
You are risking your business relationships by dealing with this company. After no resolution or follow up from EPIC I had to call my credit card company to issue a dispute for the $38 of product I didn't receive which was granted. However, if you do choose that route be prepared to get blacklisted by EPIC. I am no longer allowed to do business with them.
No loss. Just sharing my experience, it may not be yours.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $48.
EPIC Sports Cons: Customer service.
