Have a whole gamut of emails trying to resolve the issue. Cody Patton and Chris Robeson should not be in leadership at any company.

They are flippant and arrogant. I literally am using the email exchanges for training on how to never treat a customer. How does this company stay in business? Cody said the reviews on line were irrelevant because, "Your facts and figures are irrelevant" and "The majority of our customers are happy and do not place reviews" LITERAL QUOTES after I shared there were many unhappy customers and much of it had to do with their treatment by he and his customer service team.

My $10 item was shipped by USPS and never arrived (was returned by the post office for some reason). I was then told I can either pay for the item plus shipping x2 or $28 or shipping plus a "restocking fee" or $9. These guys have NO clue what customer service means.

Have they never heard of Zappos or Amazon or any other company that treats their customer respectfully? RUN from this company.
